Aerial Photography
I am an FAA certified remote pilot and am available for your aerial photography needs, whether for real estate sales, images of your own property, group shoots at weddings or company picnics, construction sites, roof/chimney inspections, and others. The drone I fly has a very respectable camera (although my landscape photographer-side comes out at this point and reminds me that, sadly, no drone flying today has anything compared to my Nikon DSLR ... Yet).
Additionally, I am also an avid boater and am open to doing aerial photography of your boat either at the dock, at anchor, or while moving if close enough to shore. I will not fly off of a boat under most situations. Marine aerial photos of your vessel are great fun and can come in handy when it's time to sell.

NOTE: When hiring a drone pilot, the first thing you should ask is if they are an FAA certified remote pilot. Ask to see their FAA (Part 107) Remote Pilot Certificate. You are putting yourself in liability risk, and the pilot can be fined or jailed by the FAA, for doing commercial work without a license. Also ask if the drone they use has "Remote ID". As of September 16th, 2023, Remote ID is required on all drones doing commercial work. My current drone has built-in RID. My drone is also registered as a commercial drone in Washington State with the WSDOT.
I fully comply with all FAA regulations and will only fly if I can do so legally and safely. All flights are weather and airspace dependent. Ask me about your location and I will check for airspace regulations and whether a LAANC waiver is required. In many situations, I can get a LAANC waiver to fly but it is not guaranteed.

Standard Real Estate Shoots:
I am available to shoot real estate, weather depending, in north Kitsap and most of eastern Jefferson County, WA. I live in Port Ludlow and can get to Port Townsend, Poulsbo, Silverdale, Sequim, and other locations. $30 drive charge if more than 20 minutes from Port Ludlow (Sequim, Silverdale, Bremerton for example).
$195: Includes 5-10 edited still images. Generally, one vertical (straight down) whole-property shot, and then other horizontal images as able and requested.
$245: All the above, with the addition of one or two 30-second video clips. These videos are unedited.
Boat/Yacht/Vessel
I am available to take aerial shots of your boat/yacht/commercial vessel, whether at the dock, at anchor, or moving. If moving, it must be reasonably close to shore and in very calm weather. Contact me and we can chat about if it’s possible or not. I will remain on shore and shoot when you are near to shore. Approximately 30 minutes on location. We will be on the phone with each other to coordinate shots. Because the waters around us are mostly restricted by the Navy, be sure to contact me regarding locations.
$245: While boat is at dock or at anchor close to shore. Includes 5-10 edited still images. Generally, one vertical (straight down) shot, and then other horizontal images as able and requested. Try to get your boat away from others for the shoot.
$425: While boat is moving. Includes 5-10 still images and at least one 30-second or longer unedited video.
Groups & Weddings
Aerial shots of you, your family, your family reunion, your retirement party, your wedding guests, etc... There are so many opportunities for aerial photography. Please note that it is generally not allowed to shoot at parks and state parks, so plan your location carefully.
Single-group shoot - $195: Includes a group shot (For example: A family reunion group shot, or a company group shot in your company parking lot showing your business, or a whole-party wedding shot) in under 15 minutes on location. You will get a 5-10 edited shots of the same group.
Weddings: I am happy to coordinate with your wedding photographer for an aerial shot of your outdoor wedding or reception. Contact me for more information. Prices start at $195 for a quick show-up-and-shoot session that includes 5-10 stills (For example: One big wedding group shot with all the guests outside on the grass at the reception). Approximately 15 minutes on location. For more extensive shots, please contact me.
Variety package - $325: Includes 8-12 edited still images. Up to 30 minutes on location with a few different groups or scenes as requested. For example: Your company is doing a picnic and you want each team to have their own aerial shot and then one whole-company shot.
